  • Cancellations received less than the above stated period will incur 100% cancellation fee.
  • 100% charge will apply to all no-shows.
  • Refunds can take 3-5 working days to show back into the account.
  • In the event of inclement weather conditions, the operator will notify you ahead of time and you have an option to either reschedule your tour to an alternate date of claim or full refund
